PAYMENT
Once we receive your order information, we will send you a Paypal invoice by email. You can expect to receive this invoice within 24 hours of submitting your order. Full payment must be received, via Paypal, before we can start design and/or print production.

COLOR REPRODUCTION
UVM Design cannot be held responsible for shifts in color between your online proof and the final printed material. We try to reproduce color as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

PRODUCTION
Business card and postcard orders are usually ready to be shipped 5-7 business days following the confirmed press run date. Please call us to confirm production and delivery dates.

DUTIES & TAXES
Country custom duties are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product price or in the shipping and handling costs.
